International Women’s Day Mania
Gender inequality is an ancient term thought to have been obliterated from the dictionary from the time women were allowed to vote. Apparently, this is not entirely true. The phrase is alive and kicking. And it really kicks women out of the mainstream society. That’s why on March 8th we will be giving out promotional business items with our cause printed on them, to keep women office workers always reminded of the situation.

Our main target would be women workers because it is the group most prone to sexist mentality. The business items that we will give them will serve not only as accessories in their work stations, but also as a constant reminder that indeed, women are struggling and the fight is still ablaze.
We need to spread awareness of this issue to keep the public informed. The promotional business apparel items will show the cause that we are fighting for, and that everybody must make a conscious effort to stop this dastardly state of affairs in the society.
Stereotyping based on gender is the root cause of the problem. An example is that higher positions are given as awards to genders other than women, and that the basis is most of the time based on sexual orientation rather than abilities and competencies. This should stop now otherwise, everything that the people in this great country worked for would be proved futile.
For those not in the office setting, we will give them promotional business auto accessories. This way, the growth of our cause visibility would become exponential, paving the way for a faster eradication of the problem. The task is monumental indeed, but if we don’t start now, gender inequality would not only become a thing of the past, but also an accepted reality.
